Alongside these roles, I mentor founders through Imperial Venture Mentoring Service and Future Worlds, helping researchers and entrepreneurs explore how their ideas can become sustainable businesses.

I remain hands-on with technology, particularly AI and machine learning, bringing practical technical experience to my advisory and board work.

A founder’s
perspective

I was a founder and CTO of a SaaS startup that grew into a global business. I guided the company through every stage of that journey, from its earliest days to our nine-figure exit.

That experience informs my work today: understanding the pressures founders face, the importance of strong teams and the decisions that shape a growing company.
